The project aims to create a space for exposure of young people to concrete community change through direct community involvement.

The objectives are increased participation of youth and collaboration across communities, enlarging navigators and building upon and promotion of IN idea and positive approach to transition and engagement with factors of change cross regionally.

The expected outcomes are: increased a growing network of exposure alumni for the continuation of the project,  participation of youth in local issues, creating potential youth leaders in local communities, awareness raising on human rights, social, environmental issues, promotion of IN idea / methodology / brand, further capacity development of project managers (IC navigators), promoting volunteerism and inter-cultural exchange, de-metropolitization, and the increased understanding of UK-Balkan relationship
