The IN Facilitators in Hungary accompanied by two Navigators are working together with Romaversitas Foundation and facilitate sessions of the IN training for Roma university and college students. The main focus of the training sessions will be the empowerment and leadership skills development of students who were selected to be the future leaders of the Roma community. Altogether 7 training sessions will be facilitated to initiate the theories and practices of Appreciative Inquiry, Systems Thinking and the 4-D-cycle. Students will also map their systems and identify small steps and project ideas. They will work in groups and design project plans by June, 2010.

During this period, we intend to share ideas and practices of the IN program with the facilitators and leaders of Romaversitas, who are already doing an amazing job for the Roma community.
